If you plan on leaving somebody in the dust — leave them in the dust. Don’t come back for the occasional “hello” after your sudden abandonment. Don’t check up on them. If you’re planning on moving forward; move forward then. Don’t waste your’s, or anybody else’s time. Save your breath, and save the effort.
